Okay so it's only a class with no midterm and no final. There are 5 multiple choices quizzes @25 questions every 2 weeks. The lowest will be dropped. On two of those 5 quizzes, there will be 2 short essays worth 25 points each. The grading of the essay is very chill. Study the exam prep problems and you will definitely fine! Come to discussion!

I was expecting this class to be a cake walk, but to be honest I thought it was a bit difficult for a GE. You either have to take extremely detailed notes in class or either read the book. She asks questions that are extremely detail oriented so make sure you listen up in class! Not the easiest A in the world, but manageable. I got an A- in class

This class was incredibly difficult, by GE standards. If you do not do all the book readings, getting an A will be difficult. The multiple choice quiz questions are ambiguous and tricky sometimes, so BEWARE. Not an easy A... avoid this class like the plague!

Easy class if you know how to study. She has some tricky questions on her quizzes that make you think about what the meaning behind the myth is. You need to know everything on the slides and take really good notes in class. Overall, pretty enjoyable and relatively easy class if you do it right. Be careful when you answer her questions.

I love this professor! I could seriously listen to her talk for hours! Not only are her lectures entertaining and informative but her accent is just mesmerizing. She's also easy on the eyes. Will definitely take her again and again.

didnt use the book. i just took notes and listened. must go to class or this EASY class will otherwise be harder than you want. 5 quizes, 1 dropped. all multiple choice except for 2 quizes that have short response....EASY and interesting class. She's really sweet; talk to her and she will help you get the grade.

Class is very interesting and fun. Professor is the sweetest ever at UCI. She knows how to teach and be funny at the same time. To do well in the class, attend lectures, discussion sections, do the reading and take good notes, go to her office hours.

she's one of the nicest professors you will meet. she acts intimidating on day 1 but she's awesome. Ask her anything about lecture and she'll gladly clarify. Here's how to get an A: attend lectures and write down good notes on her slides, Know EVERY thing on those slides, the book has an online chapter review, it's GOLD, use it. GO to office hours

She is very informative in her lectures and is very funny when talking about Greek Gods/Goddesses. Her class is mostly easy, with five multiple choice quizzes and two free response tests, with one MC quiz dropped. Most of her questions are from lecture, but one must read the textbook to get an A in class. Easy Humanities course for GE.

She's a really good teacher that likes to have fun with her class by making silly jokes about the greek Gods. She makes learning about the Greek Gods fun and interesting. Plus this class is an EASY A! :)

Very easy class, very easy multiple choice and short paragraph tests. She tries to be funny but it's pretty lame and she always relates everything to sex. Somewhat interesting topics but can get very repetitive and boring. Just take it for the easy A.

She is one of the nicest professors I have met here at UCI. She is very sweet and tries to be funny which makes her funny. Her class overall was not hard at all. Just go to the discussions before each quiz and you should do fine. No final in the class on a series of multiple choice quizzes.

i loved this class!!! i've studied greek mythology all my life, so i never actually studied for this class. but the professor herself definitely knew what she was talking about and she kept the interest of the entire class. time went by fast.
