I loved this professor! Yes, she is hard to understand at times but she will always go out of her way to help her students. She is always nice and willing to help. She is a sweet lady.

Prof. Redondo is pretty easy. She is very nice as well. Everythings laid out in the syllabus and she explains everything. She has powerpoints for each class and uploads them on blackboard. Even the slackers received a decent grade.

Comment:

Forget about understanding one word this lady says. She is very confusing and irritating. Attendance isnt pushed too much just show up to her class and read the reading...its a really easy class she is just frustrating. When it comes to the final paper pick a topic well covered if she doesnt know your topic she will get defensive & provide no help.

For me this class was extremely frustrating. I took AP classes in high school and was unable to test out due to schedule conflicts. A lot of the material for me was just redundant and not helpful. Most of the time her instructions were unclear. If you love english I suggest not taking this class.

YES, it is true that there's lots of work to do in this class but Prof. Redondo is extremely helpful. If you ask for help, she will actually go out of her way to make things easier to you. I took the first summer session and was extremely busy but it paid off, and i hate English! Don't take her if you are lazy.

If you like English, do not take this class, because you will end up hating it. Dr. Redondo gives out way to much busy work, and expects you to do everything her way. Her accent is that of someone who should not be teaching English. She sends 1-3 e-mails every day which becomes very annoying, to the point where you want to add her to your junk mail

This class is not that hard. It is based on writing a Research paper and doing other writing assignments. Fair warning though, you probably won't fully understand what she is saying. Upside to this is she does e-mail you what she wants you to do. just so long as you are ok with writing and a lot of it, you're fine. Otherwise, you're in for a ride.

Despite the opinion of my fellow students - I believe Dr. Redondo is extremely clear. Every assignment she gives is laid out in the syllabus. There are no pop-quizes or surprise assignments. She's so willing to help IF YOU ASK! This is college, things are not handed to us on a silver platter and she works to help us with the transition.

She is a very nice and clumbsy professor its just teaching really isn't her thing. If you do the work and put the effort in, the class is easy. She helps but it has to be her way. Her biggest flaw is awful clarity! Not clear about anything she wants, and lectures are dull and repetitve. Easy if you follow her way, but the class is very frustrating.

Prof redondo is very unclear about what she wants out of your paper. Gives a lot of busy work and grades hard. After doing work for this class, little time was left for work to get done in my other classes. She tries to help as much as possible, but her accent provides a huge learning barrier. I recommend finding another class besides hers to take

overall very nice prof. She isnt clear on the assignments but if you actually take the time to read the syllabus its self explanatory. She gives alot of handouts to help but not necessary to read. People who bash her have probably not taken the time havnt taken the time to find an answer by themselves, they expect her to do it for them.

this professor cannot speak english clearly therefore the BS assignnments she gives you are not clear. she is willing to help explain further but assignments are still very confusing. over abundance of work, once you get behind your screwed. too many assignments & papers and a lot of busy work. miss 1 class--be prepared for loads upon loads of work

I should've dropped this class when I had the chance. Most classes were a waste of time and sometimes we stayed late. There were many e-mails and extension passes but u still won't be able to understand what you're supposed to do. Friendly, but way too confusing. Quizzes aren't difficult, just do as much as possible on your papers.

Fairly easy class because there aren't too many assignments, but she drives me crazy. Going to class is almost pointless because all you do is busy work and she never ends class early. Class is really painful for me.

She is a really nice teacher but you can't understand what exactly she wants from you in any assignment unless you go to her one and one. Even after doing that the assignment is still confusing. She's a hard grader and you really have to work hard to do well in her class. I wish i had dropped it...i don't recommend taking her class.
