Comment:

Mr. Knudson is an example of the professor that all of us wish we could have for every subject. He is caring, friendly, calm in the face of difficulty, and very knowledgeable about what he teaches. Mr. Knudson has been a great inspiration to me, and I could not recommend him higher.

Comment:

This was a hybrid online/in person class. Knudson was always kind and helpful when I had questions. The online program made the notes very confusing so I used outside resources to learn a lot of the material. I didnt buy the textbook for this class, I just borrowed his and took pictures of the homework problems (a lot cheaper). Overall a nice guy

Professor Knudson is an amazing teacher. He will spend extra time with you to make sure you understand the material. Math is the hardest thing in the world to me, and even I got a B in this class. If you have to take this class I defiantly recommend him.

Comment:

He is a good math teacher who obviously loves his subject. He is a fair grader and gives you credit for what you do correctly even if your solution is off. Your quizzes are taken in class and a a perfect study guide for the tests. Occasionally he will go off on a tangent but mostly because he loves what he is teaching. Nice guy.

Excellent! Reasonable and treats like an adult allowing you to go at your own pace as long as meet the necessary deadlines. He is passionate about teaching and loves math! Super great guy! If I could have him for all my math courses, I would!

Great teacher thats incredibly clear! Matt has a passion for not only math, but helping the student succeed. Great math teacher highly recommend! Short lectures at times, but he stays after to clear anything up. Stay after and learn more, he will not only see you trying but he will grade things more in your favor.

He is a very good teacher. I do not like math at all. I think the amount of homework asked is senseless. He only counts homework as a small part of the grade. His daily quizzes count for just as much. I did zero homework and studied the day before tests. Still pulled out a C almost a B. More dedicated students all received B's and A's.

Need to take a math class? Look no further! Prof. K is amazing! He's super knowledgeable in his chosen field and he's not like most math teachers. He willing to go the extra mile to make sure you succeed and he's not hard on the eyes. A really fantastic professor. Highly recommend.

Honestly if you're going to take intermediate algebra this is the guy to take it with. yes, there's homework but there isn't a lot and it's only due in a packet before each exam(there are 4 i believe). he makes the subject easy to understand and the class is definitely passable as long as you actually pay some attention.

I rarely followed what he was teaching. I had to watch videos online to learn the material. I got frustrated with his tests because he didn't mirror the homework problems. He is nice and willing to help but I don't feel his tests set you up for success.

It was a computer application class so the class was taught by the computer. I went to the class maybe 6 times the whole semester. Aced every test. He's a cool teacher. Kind of dorky but charming. He knows what he's doing and tried to help every student get an A. When I needed help he gave it. Easily a 99% in the class. He likes students who try.

He is an excellent teacher. Really relaxed. Attendance is not mandatory, but helpful towards getting a good grade when combined with doing homework. His grading is very generous. If anyone wants a good grade in this class, this professor will see it through. Take him!

I love math but he doesn't explain things very well and we always run out of time before he can do some example problems. I like that the quizzes are group and I think that the homework should be worth more than 10% since it takes so long to do it. If it wasnt for math lab I wouldn't have passed the class. If you aren't good at math dont take.

I hate math. This was the only class I needed to get into poly and the guy was really helpful and understanding. Love his style of teaching- very organized and clear. You should take him if you need the class like I did.
