Horrible. Everyone but her is incorrect. scolds and mocks you if you say something that she feels isn't up to par. Has misguiding directions, zooms through her PP's and doesnt allow pictures. Exaggerates. heavily. You have to sign up for some game that is linked with the textbook. take a diff professor, or diff course, don't waste your time!

This professor is terrible, she literally inspired me make this account. This is a warning! If you are confident with your writing skills then perhaps she can still be an option. If not, DROP or AVOID her at all cost. If you are still planning of taking her class, pay close attention on reading materials and turn-it-in corrections. Good-luckto you!

Before beginning with the negative, will start off positive. Very bright woman passionate about the law. Knows what she is talking about and knowledgeable. Doesn't take into consideration that we are students freshly learning these topics. Condescending at times. Without referencing her lectures, expect a low grade. Not a reasonable grader. Avoid!!

She is a decent prof, she is a little erratic/off. She uses papers instead of exams, but that is the problem. She seems to change her criteria/grading slant. She gave me all different letter grades for all four papers. All in all the class is decent and you will read a lot for the class.

Figure out what she likes to read and write your papers accordingly. 3 written assignments and 1 final paper. She likes to see understanding and application. Quote her lectures in your paper- I think she likes seeing her name. Half class meetings are in class and the rest are remote. Prepare to have group negotiations during and outside of class.

She is truly a wonderful professor. Yes, her class is difficult because there is much material to cover but the material itself is very interesting. I did good on one test and bad on another and received a better grade than I thought because she takes into account participation and the briefs. She is very very caring and very knowledgeable.

When it came to the papers, she expects that you will completely understand her prompts and therefore should not have to ask her questions regarding the papers . Expects too much of her students while not providing enough feedback on the papers. Does not break down your grade that you receive well enough to know what you need to know to improve.

AMAZING! She is one of my favorite professors at CSUN. She makes a 3-hour summer class engaging and fun! There is alot of writing in this class, but you will become a better writercommunicator after this class. I learned so much from her and her class. TAKE HER!

She's tough and doesn't sugar coat anything. She can be intimidating at first but if you talk about relevant things you'll see that she can be very conversational. The class teaches you how to be a better negotiator and also teaches you a lot about yourself and changes you for the better if you get involved and do the work.

Very unhelpful, this was a Credit/No Credit course and she assigned a 10 page essay at the end and said it was due a certain date and closed the online turn-in link earlier. Would not recommend, unfair grader and horrible communicator.

Professor William uses astonishing methods in teaching, by engaging students to participate in weekly briefs, which allow student to improve their skills and knowledge of the class. She can be very intimidating, but this just another way to let students get more involved and do their works.

Really intimidating, but you can make it through. She is relatively biased, and like people who participates in discussions. She seems nice, but if you're like me, you will see right through her. She's good at making you hate and like her at the same time.

Exceedingly helpful teacher! If you are actually interested in BLaw she has immense knowledge and real world experience. She can be picky with IRACs so if writing isn't a strong point I recommend going elsewhere. Her tests are difficult, but she is a caring and helpful person so long as you make her smile and don't piss her off.
