Comment:

By far the best professor I have had. He is a tough grader and I definitely did not get an A+ but he was amazing. He gives you all the tools for success and makes you feel so comfortable. You can tell he loves this subject, his job, and cares for his students. TAKE HIS CLASS; You will not regret it. I learned so much. BTW he curves the final!

Comment:

Even though I got a B+ in his class, I learned a lot! I really enjoy his class. I would take him again if I could. The quizzes he gives are based on the lectures he gives; very easy. There isn't much wiggle room for your grade because your grade basically depends on the essay exams (I believe there were 3 exams). Do your HW & you should be fine.

Comment:

A very sweet man, but a little slow. It took us a while to get past the first couple chapters so we didn't have enough time to adequately learn the remainder of the material. Two exams plus a cumulative final. Read the textbook, do the cases, and ask questions. It takes him a while to explain, but you'll leave understanding a whole lot more.

Comment:

People who can't do teach. But he can't teach either. In order to teach something you need to know something. More than half of the time his guidance was wrong. He would tell you to do one thing and then lower your grade because he didn't know what he wanted. Why does CSUN keeps him around, he is not even a decent teacher, he's awful.

When he checks the home work he compares the answer with the solution manual. When you ask him a question how did he get this answer he answers: "I don't know." Seriously!? All the cases that did not involve law were not coached at all. He knows law, but beyond that he is unqualified to teach such a diverse class.

The guy is useless and incompetent. He know a little bit about theoretical law but nothing about practical applications, and when it comes to any other subject ob business such as stats, ethics, accounting, economics, finance or accounting he knows nothing. his grading has no merit at all. If you want a good instructor look elsewhere.

Very unclear. His colleague gives the guidelines for the assignment, and then Rymsza marks you down for following the guidelines. If you do exactly what you are told you'll 80. Not a single team gets 90 in his class. The guy has no real world experience. You will not learn anything from him.

Teaches PACE BUS302 with Tontz. Doesn't really do much as an instructor. Often contradicts himself in assignments. Very tough grader. When you meet all the requirements he would say Great - 88% to get 90 or above is close to impossible (I am 3.6 GPA). If you can try to get Tontz, way better teacher.

I loved this class! Great Professor. Entertaining and very clear lecturer. Very rewarding class but it is hard and requires a lot of work. Don?t miss class, read and brief every case. The midterm and final were very difficult. If you are struggling, get help early. Put in the work and be prepared or take a different class.

This is not an easy subject and this professor does not make it any easier! He only has one midterm and one final, and that is essentially your grade. You really need to be motivated and prepared (keep up with reading, do briefs, show up to class) in order to earn a passing grade. Be wary - even his multiple choice questions are hard!!

Good sense of humor but way to much for a GE course. Grades very hard on 2 exams which are 90% of your grade. Gives weekly quizes and calls on you so be prepared. Take another prof for this course, they are way easier.

Very interesting to listen to. covers materials very clearly. quizzes very often but all quizzes are only 5% of grade. he takes quizzes because its easire to take role that way. one midterm one final. do case briefs, he may call on you, especially if you have missed a quiz or two. I REALLY ENJOYED HIS CLASS!

Some people love him, but I thought he was one of the most annoying, irritating professors I've ever had. He knows his law very well, but his personality just drove me crazy. He treated us like we were still in high school. Got off tangent quite a bit. Tests were thorough, quizzed freq. He will call on you to discuss the briefs, so be prepared.

This professor will quickly become one of your favorites. Very clear and entertaining, the classes are interesting and go by fast, his personality is great. The work and grading are both reasonable. All around the best professor I have ever had.
