Dr. Covone was one of the most respectful and fair teachers I have had at Penn Tech. You absolutely work for your grade, but he recognizes hard work. He responds quickly to emails and gives great feedback. I have taken three classes with him so far and I am excited to take one more before graduating. He is great!

Dr. Covone is a great professor. He is quick with email responses and grading, his coursework is manageable but not too hard. I only spent 3 hours/week on this online class (besides weeks that had papers) and passed with ease. His rubrics were clear and as long as you follow them when writing your paper, you will get a great grade.

LOVE taking his classes!He is a fair grader & very prompt with getting your grades back to you. 2nd class I've taken with him! Wish I could take more! No tests for this class just reading, group discussions, & journal submissions. Always available and eager to help you! Definitely take his classes! I Work full time and he never OVERLOADS with work!

He is enthusiastic about students who are interested in learning. This professor doesn't give many A's or B's. I suspect that he is a patriarch also, because it seems he thinks women are less superior to men. Took this course online and it was difficult for all the wrong reasons.

he is such a good teacher, he is very knowledgeable about the material. Probably one of the best teachers I had here. You do have to study a lot for tests but they aren't that bad and he typically gives you an idea of what's going to be on the test.

DO NOT TAKE FOR DISTANCE CLASSES! I hear great things about this guy's classes on campus, but worst online instructor I've had. I feel cheated! Be prepared to teach yourself all material, and read a flood of confusing email "updates. He had to curve his midterm 30 points because we had 30 seconds per question. Unbelievable.

This class was one of my favorites, and Dr. Covone is one of the best professors I have ever had. He is extremely committed and professional. Attendance is VERY important. Do not miss a single class. He will help with anything you do not understand. May come off as arrogant, but that's only a first impression. He truly wants you to succeed.

Great prof! Learned alot, all powerpoint notes, he is not hard not easy, but you will need to put effort into his class. Class participation is a must... he does a good job of going beyond his notes and relating topics w/clinical settings, x-rays, videos, etc...

I have had many classes, both in class and online, with Mr. Covone. I thought he was one of the best professors I have had.He is extremely smart and knows his stuff. If you don't mind studying and writing papers then take him. If you have ANY issues with anything dealing with the class and course work TALK to him.

if you know the book you will know his tests, even if you get something wrong you can fight it if you can prove it in the book, and whatever you do never miss one of his in class crossword puzzles...missing 1 can mean the difference between an A or B...i learned the hardway...did i mention he is really hot??
