One dimensional in his approach, ask for help and withdrew from class feeling unsupported. I felt he didn't present information in a linear context. Better elaboration of sociological concepts was needed.

I was excited to take this class but after the first few sessions that excitement grew to OMG not this class. He moved on the subjects really slow, I feel like I didn't learn anything. Assignments were too easy. Quizzes and test a bit confusing, but easy. Very dull class. very disapointed

First: HE LOOKS LIKE RON PAUL. Super easy class: just do the reading and you can easily get A's on the exams. Not very good material, though â€" gets super obvious after the first few chapters, because you can easily tell how it will apply the principles it taught you. Decent teacher: kind, well-meaning, not super good at teaching but I liked him!

His material is not up to date, he's not very good at clairfying and drags out class time just for the sake of dragging it on. Class was easy, but he was probably one of the worst professors I've ever had.

Oh my goodness..without a doubt one of the worst teachers I have ever had. The class was easy because it was so elementary, but there were never any class discussions and he was so MONOTONOUS! Definitely ruined my opinion of sociology classes.

LAME! A social problems class it is not... maybe the history of! A classroom discussion maybe a little debate would be great. In my opinion he covers to many topics, I would like to go into more debth on a few topics. I am retaking this class next semester with a teacher that will challenge me to think rather than fall a sleep. HE is a nice guy :)

Class time is spent scribbling down notes that he literally reads off the projector screen as his lecture. Hopefully you can copy notes and listen simultaneously bc he adds in random tid bits when you're least expecting it. He never fully answers questions. And don't even think about having a class discussion--he only knows what's in his own notes.

his lectures are basically the same as the text you have to read, which is a good thing.If you read and listen to the looong lectures you can pass the 3 tests.He is very nice when it comes to the tests.He'll choose the 2 highest grades:]There is a group project, which I can imagine sucks if you do have a bad partner/s.Boring class, but nice teacher

3 easy 50 question multiple choice tests, group project, and a final. That is it. The study guides mirror the tests. I rarely showed up and only read definitions. Moore is a cool guy.

Mr.Moore is a very easy test taking teacher. A common joke you will hear is that every answer is D, which is all of the above. Although one MAJOR problem is that he does Group writing papers, which is hard if your parnter sucks, and if that is the case he has no sympathy. my advice grab a smart partner if you take his class i got stuck with a tard.

VERY EASY CLASSES (1 and 2). Only buy the books if you don't plan on going to class, otherwise it's a waste. Exams are 50 questions, multiple choice, and study guides are provided. 3 exams and a final, he drops the lowest exam. Quizzes are extra credit (open note /book). You're allowed 1 page of notes on exams (or 4 for final) - typed OK.

hes a cool teacher. classes are intersting, sometimes boring but its fine if you're interested. quizes and tests are no problem, he hands out study sheets and theyre open book. there is some public speaking with the project. overall a good class.
