definitely TAKE him!!!!! hes a great guy!! he talks alot but hes fun and keeps the class interesting! you just have to write 2 papers and do like 2 online quizzes which arent too bad! id definitely take him again if i could!

He really knows what he is talking about and is a great professor! He teaches the entire block which can get boring but he knows a lot. The quizzes were somewhat difficult but not weighted heavily and the essays are really easy. I really enjoyed the class and would take him again if I get the chance. If your interested in Media take him!

Not a hard class; it's easy to get in the A range. Reynolds grades papers easily, which constitute a vast majority of your grade. The quizes are hard (lowest droped), but are hardly weighted at all. The class does have a downside though; its boring, which is made worse by the fact he doesn't give a 15 min. break for the 2.5 hr. class.

This class is hard, but you will learn exactly how the advertising world works. The class is fast paced, full of critiquing, presentations/projects every week, and group work - exactly what advertising is about. He thinks he's funny and doesn't actually "teach" much - it's all about trial and error and learning how to work together. Great class!!

Advertising class is fun. It's all group work. Pay attention to what other groups do wrong. Reynolds is funny, but he does not tell you how to do stuff - Know your ad and product well and be able to back it up with what you say.

Mike is really nice/funny. You wont be tested on film content so dont bother taking plot notes. Pay more attention to their technique and just sit and soak them in. DO THE READING - EVEN THE CAPTIONS ON THE PICTURES. Thats whats on the tests. Be ready to write a 40 pg paper - its time consuming but very easy to do. start it early, dont wait!!

Easy class if you show up and show some signs of paying attention. Very understanding when talking to him. Makes some bad jokes and can be boring at times, but the class is so its a good trade-off. I basically slept through the movies and kept my head up when talking and got a B+. Easy stuff.

Very boring, holds the class the whole time with no break for the 3 hour classes. Nice guy, but tries to be funny, when he's not. Drops the lowest quiz grade, and you have to write 4 reaction papers.
