By far the best instructor I've ever had. Inspired my interest in Chemistry, and gave me confidence to succeed in my other science classes. I owe a lot of my success to this guy :)

He has an accent and his lectures are boring and unhelpful. Read the book, do the practice exams, make good cheat sheets (he allows 1 page) and you should get at least a B. Labs are fairly easy.

Great professor! incredibly patient and extremely excited about chemistry, you can see the joy he gets from teaching. i passed w/a B, if your not good with science, definately use the book and his pp slides. exams are directly from prac tests. do the hmwk before lab & u'll get 10/10 on the quizzes. great prof, definately take him!

Dr. Senozan is incredible. He is my best professor ever. I've never seen such a funny and smart professor like him. I really enjoyed chemistry with him. Anybody who hates chemistry should take it with him and I guarantee that you will like it at the end of the semester. He is sooooooo great.

There is no other better chem professor in the world than dr. senozan. He truly knows his stuff and cares deeply about his students. He will answer any question, and will not let it go until the student fully understands. He could care less since he is retiring, but he doesnt, he continues to teach at his highest level. Thoroughly enjoyed his class

He's funny sometimes without meaning to be. He can be boring but he's very nice. He doesn't get angry or anything like that. I once interviewed him. He said he would do his job for free... now what does that tell you? If you ask questions, he will answer them and if you don't understand his answer, ask him to clarify. He's a good teacher.

OMG. he almost looks like Dr. Z. his accent is outrageously funny, yet relaxing. he never gets angry at anything. he goes through the same routine EVERYDAY: he comes in; fiddles with the lights; erases the board, has an "announcement". his teaching style is SOOOO calm and smooth; so much so that it can put you to sleep. see him teach and believe it

He is an awesome guy. I agree with some posters here: he isn't that great of a lecturer, can be boring, but he can also be very funny. He tries to remember your name if you talk to him one on one. He does his best to answer everyone's question. Labs and quizzes are easy, but exams are a bit tough but fair. Too bad he is retiring after this year :(

This teacher is amazing! I didn't actually have him, I was taking 377A instead of 371A, and he still was willing to meet w/ me 3 times a week to explain material and help me with homework...really great teacher, he deserves an award! I wish other chem teachers were like him!

Great prof! Will go out of his way to help you. Loves chemistry and it shows. Cares deeply about his students and understands that chemistry is a difficult subject. Keep up with the homework and study and you should do fine. This is a 5 unit class so don't expect an easy 'A'

A very nice man but not that of a good lecturer. His quizes are very easy and right off the the homework, so if you do your homework you should be able to do the quizes. His tests are based on the study guide. Go see him during his office hours. It's very helpful and he won't deny to help you.

Chem doesnt come easy, but thats okay cuz he's always ready to help at his office hours. make friends with him, he's really really cool. tests are okayish, just study the prac tests REALLY hard. hope to god you get Cayas for Lab (fri. morn.), she'll make everything crystal clear.

Sometimes he gets really excited about chemistry and moves off topic, but he is really smart and he knows what he's talking about. He's hard to understand because he explains things from the mind of a person who knows everything about chemistry. But he gives study guides that have all the test ?'s. Definitely make study groups and you should pass

Extremely kind and helpful. Stops lectures if student is having difficulty. Tests are largely based on lecture and HW assignments. Completely simplifies Levine textbook. I wish he was teaching the second semester of this course.

Prof. Senozen is a great teacher who cares for his students sucess. This was his first time teaching chem 101. Senozans assignments/tests do not relate to the book very much. PAY ATTENTION IN LECTURE/ take notes and ask questions.
