She was very nice and easy to reach through email. The class is very straight forward and easy to pass. Just make sure to participate and complete all your work and you will get a good grade. A portion of the work was through cengage and I liked that because it helped me learn the material - otherwise you would be stuck reading the entire textbook.

Comment:

She does a good job at what she's doing and wants you to do well. Lots of online tests which are easy to forget about but her schedule is clear. Set reminders! She's very understanding when you want to turn things in late.

I love this prof. She is so dedicated to what she teaches. This class was by far the easiest class I've taken, but I also learned a lot. She is very lenient on late work and even gives you a few homework passes because she understands life happens.

Comment:

Nancy Is one of the best professors I've had. Her tests are online and they're all so easy! You get multiple chances to take them, and her other tests on cengage are multiple attempts as well. There's homework but you get PLENTY time to do it! This Is one of the easiest classes I've had.

The amount of work and reading was reasonable. On the essays she was a fairly easy grader, but the quizzes and final you had to have actually read the class book to do well. Not a big deal - typical college. I'd say she's an average professor.

Grading is clear, although I didn't need to take advantage of it she does offer extra credit. Will work with you about things that happen outside of class. Lectures can be boring, but helpful.

If I find a professor I liked more than this one I will be shocked. She was my absolute favorite. She sincerely wants you to succeed. She is very understanding and will give you an extension if need be. You can take her quizzes and exams multiple times to get the best score you can. She is very good at responding to emails. She is funny too.

Okay prof. All tests are online so it is really easy to get an A on all of them. Also has random short assignments due that she grades really easily. The final exam is the only exam you take in class. I would take this prof if you want an easy A

Ms. Forbes is an awesome teacher. She tells you what is going to be on the test and exam. She is willing to help you if needed with any questions you may have. She understands that things come up in life and she will work with you. She wants you to pass. I would definitely recommend her as a teacher.

She is the most nicest caring person. PowerPoint lectures, would recommend book but she goes most of the chapters info in class. Attendance counts for points, rarely used the book in class, all quizzes were online, and only took the final exam in class. 10/10 teacher loved her!!

I took Professor Forbes for PY 201 this past semester and boy is she awesome! I love her dearly and will be taking her again for future classes. I was failing the class with an E due to the fact I did horrible on the first tests and she worked with me to get my grade up! Passed the class with a B! :) she gives you essay questions a head to study

TESTS WERE EASY! from what i remember it was all just writing. no multiple choices. Explain concepts and understand definitions. Easy overall but lectures can be boring. Shows pretty interesting videos

She's a great teacher. Passionate about psychology and wants you to succeed in her class. Responds to emails right away, tests are hard if you don't do her learning objectives (pretty much the test answers). She's not easy but you have to put in a LITTLE effort. Learned alot in her class. Loved her and the developmental psych class

This is a very fun class and if you get Nancy for a professor you are super lucky. She is the best professor I have ever had. The only advice I need to give is make sure to understand what she wants on her essay exams and you will pass with an A! Beware of mypsychlab.

Professor forbes is a wonderful teacher. The way that she teaches the class and the way she gives the tests is very helpful in learning the material. I would definitely recommend her as a teacher. I liked her so much that I am going out of my way to take another class with her. She definitely heightened my interest in psychology.

i loved her as a teacher! She does powerpoints every class. Gives you the test beforehand to study. no homework. She wants you to do well and wants you to learn. She's so fun, very knowledgeable about the subject and likes to hear your opinions. Answers my emails quickly and updates blackboard. Definitely recommend her.
