Prof Nichole is a true Jem . She teaches and gives her precious knowledge to students because she really wants to make change in the world. She is a person of dignity and does what she says.. SHe is a social activist and knows a lot about american social issues. She is funny and kind too.

I loved Prof Shippen; she is very funny, approachable, smart, and helpful. While a political theory course can be dry, she made things interesting with her awesome sense of humor. She really challenges her students- you really have to engage with the material if you want an A. Would love to take her again.

I loved having her as a teacher! She uses a lot of anecdotes to drive a point or concept home and her study guides are to die for. I thought I bombed by exams because of the essays but she grades on the quality of the answers, not the length. She really tries to help and she's very funny.

Nice professor, is helpful when she realizes the class is having a difficult time with material. However, she nit-picks your essays to death. She has a template of what is a "right" essay in her head, and marks off for any deviations from that template. Class is not an easy A.

She is great professor, by far one of the best Political science ones I've had. She also has great TAs. Go to class, take notes (ALL OF HER TESTS ARE BASED ON HER CLASS NOTES, AND ALSO THE AMAZING STUDY GUIDES SHE GIVES OUT!) Pay attention if you didn't read, she goes over everything in class!

She's very knowledgeable. The structure of the class is hard - LIFE IS 1000 TIMES EASIER IF YOU GO TO HER OFFICE HOURS. She helps A LOT! Very nice lady. Funny too. Recommend her, but if political theory is not your thing, I don't recommend the class.

She really has a lot to say, and goes off on a ton of tangents. Despite that, she really knows what is going on with the material, but it is hard to receive the information. The TAs aren't very helpful. I would not reccomend THIS class with her, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY TAKE A MORE SPECIFIC COURSE WITH HER. 100 levels are not her thing.

one of the smartest TAs I have ever had, she is very nice and teaches well. I felt she should have been teaching the lectures instead of Schochet. she did give homework assignments but they were minor 1 paragraph answers to a question on the reading. There were 2 take home essays.

Class was not very easy, and she did little to keep students interested. Anyone who says she is hot is completely wrong, she looks exactly like Janine Garafalo, and has about the same personality. Do not take her as a TA, she will hurt your grade.

At first, I thought she was just a cute TA. But she totally changed my life! I had not thought about my class priviledge at all, but now I realize that I am a bourgeoise, and I feel bad. She is also totally hot. She has really cute sweaters. And I learned a lot about Marx.
