Comment:

I enjoyed doing his online class! All the work we were given was easy to keep up with. It did not get overwhelming. He sent numerous reminders for upcoming assignment . He Also gave great feed back on writing assignments. The only "demanding" thing was chapter quizzes every week! Awesome Professor! Awesome Class! Take it if you can!

He's a really great professor! I just wish that the assignments we did online goes along with the lesson we are doing in class. Sometimes the assignments online are more ahead of the class lectures. Overall he's a great professor and offered some extra credit! Make sure to do all the online assignments and get atleast a C on your exams lol. Easy B!

Comment:

One of the best teachers Ive had. He talks clearly about the topic and is very knowledgeable. You can tell he really cares about the history, and he tries to make it interesting to learn.

I enjoyed this class, but if you can't stand lectures I would not recommend. But what he teaches is very interesting and engaging. Exams and quizzes are mostly based on his lectures, so take a lot of notes!

Enjoyed his class. He's friendly and this class was a hybrid. Open book online quizzes with multiple choice in-class exams. Interesting lectures and some group work, but you choose your group.

VERY LECTURE HEAVY! But he gives you everything you need to pass with flying colors! (He cracks a few great jokes along the way too!) Take notes and/or record lectures to review later and you wont have any issue passing.

Comment:

The class itself was not a great course, but he is a great teacher, yeah he does lecture for all of his classes . He often cracks jokes with the history making it more fun to listen to his lectures and he lays out a lot of information for you to take in. Just understand the Key Terms and you will do good in his class. I recommend him for HISTORY.

Not the best teacher, but he sure isn't the worst either. Lectures are long and seems endless. He gives you a lot of information and then expects you to recall very small bits of information from his lectures in his tests. Tests are about 20-40 questions all multiple choice and theres key words to study from but you only use 20 key words out of 125

Comment:

Very knowledgable about all subject matter. He makes little jokes that are super corny but really funny. Lectures for majority of class time but is all information that will help with exams and quizzes. His lists of key terms make it easy to study for exams. Easy class to pass as long as you do the work, go to class and participate.

I absolutely loved the enthusiasm and energy this professor put into his lectures. Attendance is necessary if you plan on passing his key terms exams and he's just a very helpful teacher. He gives lots of opportunities for students to come and get help and he's always sending out reminders of upcoming assignments. Seriously, the best.

Really good teacher. Incredibly knowledgeable and respectful to his students. I took another history class this semester with Momi Kamahela and she was awful. Worst ever. In comparison Lococo is the second coming of Christ.

Very lecture based class. Lectures, lectures, lectures. Learn to love them or drop the class immediately. Although Professor is not the most captivating during his lectures, you can tell he means well. Lococo has an expansive knowledge and deep respect for History. The online textbook he requires is essential to pass the class.

The teacher is fun and loves history. Text book is a must because you have to do online quiz every week. Tests are multiple choice and easy if you take notes and study. YOU MUST PUT EFFORT. You won't pass the class just to attend. class lecture is done by power points, no essays or report except 1 easy paper.

If you're a good notetaker, this should be easy for you. You have to actually take notes on what he is saying, not just the stuff on the power point, which I found difficult. The quizzes are not too difficult, but the exam is hard. Attendance is highly recommended so you don't miss out on anything and he does take attendance. Lectures are BORING!!

TAKE HIS CLASS! Although some people find his lectures boring because of heavy discussions every class, i find it very interesting especially when he makes side jokes. You must put effort in this class to get an A. Go to class, take notes, and read the book. Mr. Lococo really knows his subject. You will learn a lot from history!

Super easy! You only need the text for homework. Quizzes/exams are straight from the notes. I got such a low grade simply due to the fact that i find history super boring, and never went to class. Seriously, i put in zero effort. Put in minimal effort, go to class and take notes, do the homework, and you will get an A! Heʻs a cool guy
