Profesor Juarez was a great instructor. As a returnig student that has not taken an eng class since 2003 I was really nervous and would have been happy whith a C in the course, but was rewarded with an A . No dought eng. B1A is a lot of work but it's manageable and Jaurez is here to help.

She is by far THE best english professor on campus.She walks you through every step of the research paper, her text books are inexpensive yet interesting, and she is funny. Her passion for english is reflected on her teaching method. Must take her for Engl 1A

MRS. JUAREZ'S CLASS WAS DEFINATELY A CHALLENGE. SHE MAKES EVERYTHING SIMPLE, BUT SHE IS DEFINATELY A TOUGH GRADER. SHE CAN SOMETIMES HAVE FAVORITISM BUT I GUESS EVERY TEACHER DOES. SHE MAKES THE RESEARCH PAPER WORTH HALF OF YOUR GRADE. I WOULD RECCOMMEND HER BUT MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK HARD TO EARN YOUR GRADE!

She's very helpful. The assigned books were very interesting and the research paper is assigned step-by-step so you can perfect it along the way. She's hilarious and always had us laughing every class. If you do the work and show up to class, it's very easy to pass. You can tell that she REALLY loves her English.

She teaches her 1A class in a step by step order so that you slowly build up skills for writing the research paper instead of just expecting it to be perfect. I agree that she's not a very good teacher for English 1; however, her English 1A class is really good and easy to pass with an A. She just wasn't meant to teach intro to Comp.-that's the bottom line! Again, not recommended for English 1, but highly recommended for English 1A.

This is the worst professor I've ever seen; she is, in fact, an observer-not a teacher. I failed the fee and she took a week and a half before she put my grade in. Consequently, I couldn't take the professor I wanted because the course closed. She should have recorded my grade sooner so that I could sign up for the class again--rediculous!
