Comment:

Primarily talks without writing on the board so you never know what she is doing. Class time is to answer questions you may have had on the un-required homework. Class is very confusing, therefore I switched instructors.

I'm disappointed to see so many negative reviews. I absolutely loved this professor. She explained things well and answered questions clearly. She does NOT put up with slackers though. If you are not going to take the class and your studying seriously, then don't take this class. Hard working students like her and she likes them. Great teacher.

Of all my years taking math, this lady is the worst teacher I've ever had. I mean, have you ever heard of a teacher who, when asked how she got the answer to a problem, replies "Oh, I did the work in my head!" Do yourself a favor and don't take this class!

Its a two and a half hour class period, 2x a week! not enough time to sink in all the information. She doesn't explain things nearly as good as the textbook then knocks you down and makes you feel like an idiot if you don't understand the question. dont take her or else you will be sleepy in class the whole time

She wanted more than I could give, and Im a person who studies very hard. Taking a class like that should require wearing a helmet, constantly banging my head on the walls. I wanted to jump out of the window and take a bus home.

The first day or two of class I was terrified of her. But after that... She was an amazing teacher. I hate math and have a hard time understanding it. But she made things clear and was always willing to help me out if I stopped by her office. She was very understanding about things coming up; if you want to take a test or quiz be there no makeups.

She was hard! I hate math and hadn't taken a math class in three years. At first I felt like she treated my question rather lightly, but once I went to her and explained my situation, she was very helpful! After doing horrible on the first test, I got A's on every test after that, even the final!

She seemed to pick out her favorites from the beginning and those were the students who asked specific questions that she approved of. If you asked a question that she thought was redundant or from past material, she assumed you aren't doing your work.
