I was very interested in this area prior to the class. Small group lectures did not relate to large group lectures, and did not go over readings as others did. Majority of the class stated that they had no clue what was going to be tested on the exam. Ended up with the class average. Was quite unclear with expectation. Very few As were awarded

Awesome teacher, teaching a not so awesome course. Now don't get me wrong, but after reading for all of the other classes it's impossible to get through the A2J readings (unless you don't engage in ANY extra-curricular activities and quit sleeping). I'm happy with my B!

A real bad professor...really bad at explaining Torts. You don't really learn much from her. Even if you work your ass off, if you're not one of her favourites you cannot get more than a B. If you're aiming for an A, forget the readings and just focus on sucking up to her BIG TIME.

Grades insanely tight to the B curve. Her opinions will be obvious. In class she will allow you to dissent if you are thoughtful and coherent, but when you write a paper for her, make sure you tell her what she wants to hear. Visit her in her office - she's fantastic to chat with outside of class.
