Comment:
He is so unorganized, he does not post assignments on time and then expect you to magically finish them perfectly on time. He is so unfair because he would change his grading criteria after the assignment submission and he would not give you the grade you deserve (according to his assignment post). The worst class I took during my Grad degree.

If it would not be a mandatory class I would not have taken this course. Unclear with his grading.

The instructor did not finish the description of the assignment 2 until 4 weeks after the intended posting date. The assignment was difficult and student had only 10 days to finish it. In additon, they used scripts for grading. Even if your program just has some minor problems, you could only get 10% for compiling successfully.

Comment:
His lecturing is okay, but his course organization is terrible and grading standards incredibly unfair. He posts programming assignments without enough details to know what he expects, edits them multiple times while the assignment is out, and then grades extremely harshly if you don't do what he imagines he has asked for (but has left unspecified)

This guy is boring. He also has a fairly heavy Indian accent but he is still understandable. Okay guy.

Just an okay teacher. He can cover the material comprehensively if he puts in effort like in 415. In 314 we once had to do the homework BEFORE the lecture. Willing to answer questions but doesn't do a very good job.

Comment:
Was clear and helpful but seemed more interested in his research projects than teaching the course. I agree he uses textbook slides a lot, I think it is because his research keeps him too busy to prepare more specific material. A good teacher though and very friendly and helpful in office hours. Expects a lot from students.
