BEST TEACHER IN CHICO...the man knows that the majority of people don't even want to be there, and he does what he can to make sure you pass the first time. Plus he wears mad tie bling...if you have to take physics, Paulson is the way to go!

Dr. Paulson is one of my most favorite instructors! He will do most anything to help you if you try. He doesn't just give you eqs, he derives them in a way so that you truely understand. On a scale of 1-5 I give him a 10!!!

Extremely helpful, great attitude, fantastic teacher of a hard subject. Dr. Paulson has beautiful eyes & great smile...makes you want to study physics so you can see him to ask questions! Where was he when I was single?!

As I am not a science student in any way, I was impressed at how he made things so easy to understand. I actually learned a lot from a class that held no intrest prior to my enrollment. He was SUPER friendly and told great stories (albeit a bit long winded).

This guy is as good as it gets. I'm not a science person, but had to take a class for my theme class for my theme, and he made it as interesting as possible. He is always willing to help during office hours, and will review in class as much as anybody needs. A very nice and genuine person.

ive had some bad physics teachers. this guy is great. very clear. homework everynight, but that is what i needed to understand the material. my 1st phys teacher told me he couldnt explain problems on my level. paulson was helpful and clear. a great teacher of a hard subject

Super smart, funny, and relates to students. Breaks things down for ease of understanding. Likes to use simple numbers to make the math easy. Goes over the homework in detail prior to turn in to facilitate corrections and full points. Highly recommended.

It's a really hard class but he is very helpful and really wants everyone to get it. Good teacher, really helps you out. You should probably know a little about physics though, or at least be a math person to take this class, cuz it is hard

This class could have been super hard. Paulson works to make sure every students gets it. He's totaly available for out of class help and very friendly. There was a home work every day and the test were multiple choice, he gives you study guides that help a lot. All in all, hard class good teache

My favorite professor at CSU Chico. I spent many hours in his office just asking him about how the world works and he was more than happy to answer. This professor will make you ask why? which is a good thing.
