This is not a cake elective. I heard the face to face class is alot easier. Cooking Assignment, Paper/Foodie Blog a week. Along with about 6 quizzes. A research paper, A PowerPoint and presentation weeks 5,6,7. Too much work for elective and especially if you are trying to take it lite at the end of your college journey. The Professor is cool.
