Professor S. Silverberg was the absolute BEST teacher I have ever had in all my years of college schooling. I am a technical person and proceeded to obtain my BSEE (Electrical Engineering) from a 4 year college. The only classes I ever took with Professor Silverberg were French classes. She taught them with mathematical precision and high energy.

Prof Silverberg is the best teacher i had in all my years of education. I wish she was my teacher for my upcoming math classes because she explains things in such a way that it crystal clear, she is also very funny, she make up songs that help solve math problems and it really works, so if you read this P. One of the best professor i have ever had. She really wants the students to learn, she is willing to help if you are willing to put in the work. She is a very fair professor. i recommend her both algebra classes i wish she would teach college level so i could take another class with her. ohhhhh and she is so funny!!!!! Mrs. Silverberg is such a good teacher...Great lady very understanding. She is very hard but if you do your work, go to the turtoring center and show her that you care you have it made... I never understood math until i had her... i wish i could have taken her for algebra B...Point is AWSOME TEACHER!

Professor Silverberg is an outstanding teacher. She is phenominal. Her method is superb and she cares very much about her students. If you did not like her I believe it is most likely because of marutiy. I will bever take any other professor for Algebra B. A very wise decision to take her, especially if you are not a math wizard. Silverberg is a gifted teacher. The subject is difficult, and you HAVE to put forth alot of effort or you will not do well if you're not good at math. If you work hard, Silverberg will do everything to support you. Trust me, she knows how to teach, and she actually cares about her students (if they care). You'll get an A if you work for it.

She does have favorites: those who do thier homework! Your grade is only based on the objectived passed and the attendence, so its not fair to blame her. If you do your homework and participate in class then you pass. Algebra is hard, but dont blame the teacher for your laziness!
