TERRIBLE TEACHER!!! She makes you read from a text book that is more of a teaching manual and then you discuss it with your peers! She NEVER actually teaches you ANYTHING! It's an easy A, you will learn NOTHING. Also, she is very rude and unhelpful if you go to her office hours for help!! Take someone else!

The teacher is a pleasant lady who is an expert in her subject. Unfortunately, there was not a lot of direct teaching. I wished I would have gotten at least a 30-45 minute lecture each class and learned new stuff from the expert rather than constantly being in groups and learning very little from my peers who know as much as I do.

The entire class was pointless. I didn't learn a thing, which makes me nervous. A Literacy class is important when you are going to teach kids how to read. I feel like i wasted my entire semester in this class, and i feel i will be be behind in Lit372 now. I will NEVER take a class with this teacher again. I will make an effort to avoid her.

She is a horrible teacher. DO NOT TAKE HER! I have learned absolutely nothing from her. I have never had a professor that is so lost. She is a kind lady but does not know how to teach. If your looking for an easy A and doing absolutely no work then this is your class. If your actually interested in learning something do not take her!

She (like many profs) seems to think that it is professional to present her political views in class. 374 is supposed to enable us to better teach our future students, not become indoctrinated into the leftist Democratic agenda. These aging hippies have us as their captive audience; unprofessional.
