Professor Misner is a really good instructor. He wants his students to pass and makes sure you understand the information. He encourages questions and will give examples over and over until you get it! More than fair grader and gives plenty of time to complete homework. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with a math subject.

Misner was amazing and so helpful. He really took his time to make sure everyone understood the material. we used the textbook in every class but it was very helpful. He's hilarious & very personable. He grades extremely fair & gives you plenty of time to turn in your work. Also plus side he gets rid of tests & puts more emphasis on HW. Great prof.

Professor Misner is the best professor I have ever had. His level of understanding makes the course extremely easy to understand, and he presents it in an absolutely hilarious manner. He will go over the problems as much as you need, but it will never feel like he's beating it to death. If you need a refresher or need this to move on he's golden

Misner was great -fast paced due to the amount of material that has to be covered. Takes it easy on test goes over all problems to be expected. Will review problems with you. Encourages use of the math lab. Requires homework and test to be done. Quite funny and has a plethora of short cuts, tricks or tips to help you remember how to work problems.

Wow! I honestly don't think I've ever been excited about math until Prof. Misner. He does three chapters per class. He goes through each chapter detail by detail. He provides laughter while you learn. He turns a boring math problem into fun. He is very attentive should you need help! Most of all, you are guaranteed to learn something before depart!

Professor Misner is beyond the best teacher, I don't understand how anyone can give him a bad review. He explains the material thoroughly. If you need help just ask and he will be glad to go back and repeat all the steps of the problem with you. He makes the class interesting with his jokes. If you need to take intermediate algebra, he is your guy.

Misner is by far the BEST math teacher ever. He explains everything thoroughly and goes step by step to every problem. It's easy to understand the way he teaches because he is very clear. Also a very funny guy and that makes you want to participate more! If you need to take developmental algebra, THIS IS THE TEACHER TO TAKE THAT CLASS WITH.

Prof Misner is a great teacher and he does talk fast but he will help you understand if you ask. Need to do the homework because its for your advantage to practice. Be organized and take the homework you don't understand to the math lab and you should honestly pass his class. He makes the tests easier than the actual homework

He is a highschool teacher as well so he knows how to break down a problem so that you can understand it. Uses real life situations as well to help you understand the problem and how to get the solution(Ex: Bank accounts for + and - problems) Take him he is great. Uses the text book a lot

Misner's a bit quirky but he's a stand up guy. He's a good teacher, taking his time to make sure everyone's on the same page and answering any of the questions you may have. I wish he taught higher level math.
