Comment:
Dr. Baginski's class is very straightforward, and if you actually study, getting A is easy. He is very clear and clarifies what he will tests. His final is notoriously hard; however, if you review your material, getting 90% or above on his final is feasible.

You will get the grade you deserve in his class (analog for me). His lectures are actually very helpful if you listen and he's fair when it comes to partial credit. He reuses his old test problems and didn't throw many curveballs at us throughout the semester. Don't listen to the bad reviews, just make sure to stay on top of the material.

Below comments are somewhat exaggerated. His tests, quizzes, and hw are all reasonable and quite easy. If you actually go to class and study at least thirty minutes, you will at least get B.

Don't look at all the comments with anything more than a 2. This teach is absolutely the worst teacher for this coarse. The material isn't hard yet he teaches it so weird and convoluted that it seems hard. He isn't a fair grader and partial credit is based on how close you were to the answer not your work. DO NOT TAKE THIS TEACHER!

ABSOLUTELY take Baginski if 1) you want your hopes and dreams of engineering crushed 2) you enjoy spending 20+ hours a week teaching the material to yourself (and failing), 3) you enjoy PhD-level exams (and no curve), 4) if you are a glutton for mental and emotional destruction, or 5) you want to shred your remaining self-esteem (and GPA.)

TBag is one of the worst teachers I've ever had. Scoffs at students who ask questions, doesn't give a care about anything or anyone. So disorganized. Can't explain things worth a flip. Tries to be funny but is, in fact, incredibly annoying. Most monotone voice you'll ever come across. Only redeeming factor is that he reuses problems for tests.

Almost everyone does horrible in Analog. Doesn't scale, the tests are horrible. Class average was in the 40s on every grade. DO NOT TAKE HIM! Assigns HW on Monday and due on Friday, and his office hours are only Friday AFTER the HW is due. He does this so you can't talk to him about HW . Very unhelpful.

Class jumps around, no cohesion at all. Explanations are terrible, handwriting is terrible. Tells "stories" every class, but tells the same ones over and over again. Avoid if possible. If you do get stuck, study example problems from class. He will pull the tests word for word from these.

People whine too much. Show up, attempt your homework, study a little bit. That seems to be all he asks for. Keep in mind most people only rate when they get a bad grade. Overall, an A is very achievable in this class, if not a B with minor effort. Also, he sounds like a jerk at first, be he turns out to be a really nice guy.

Awesome teacher. Awesome class. Painless compared to my other classes during the semester. I would take it again. You have 2 tests 25% each? 1 final 25% and lab is worth 25%. Tests are super-extremely straight forward. He also really knows the material, so you don't get any BS.

The material and tests were straightforward, but his teaching of the material left much to be desired. You will learn everything from the book because the lectures are completely unclear. He knows a lot about the material, but can't seem to effectively convey the core concepts to students. He is also very unhelpful, and thus is not a good profesor.

The worst professor i've ever had!! Don't ever take him. Not only he's boring as hell, but he's reading from the book! Wonder how a jack-turkey like him ended up teaching. Don't get me wrong people, Baginski is probbably a very smart fellow, but teaching is just not made for him

His class is not nearly as difficult as some say. I made an A. A lot of people give up because they make a bad grade on the first test. Good teacher, but be ready to work.

TBAG is one of the worst teachers in EE, but the good thing he doesn't grade his test too hard. Just go write something and you've got a D. Class examples are confusing going back through because he uses a lot of estimation and assumptions.
