This prof is not for someone who struggles with physics. No calculator, no cheat sheets. He gives a curve but still there is only 1 person in the class with a B-. He does not give you the answers to his examples he uses so it makes it hard to study at home. He doesn't use numbers or calculations on the tests to be able to check your answers.

Not a bad guy at all. Really loves physics and it is apparent. Tests are all conceptual and understands the need for a curve. Sweet guy and doesn't require attendance at all. All he asks is respect(Which should be automatic anyways)and will give you what you are taking the course for: a passing grade. I liked him a lot.

I liked him. He couldn't make it any easier. Tests were almost nothing but concepts with very few if any calculations. Four tests with lowest dropped. Final optional. Tests basically come off his handouts and lectures. Go to lecture and you will be fine. Should get into that habit kiddos. Gotta show up when you get into the real world anyways.

Unless you are a phys major, it is a hard subject. Mr. Sayetta is an old grumpy man that won't allow you to chew gum, use electronics devices, and MUST sit in assign seats. If you violate these, you will not get that MASSIVE curve (you'll NEED IT, trust me) and will not be able to drop lowest exam. He is really boring. STUDY HARD to pass.

His class is very easy. He gives a big curve and drops his lowest test grade. Which means you just need to make good grades on the first three and you'll be fine for the rest of the semester. Just follow his rules, which are easy, and you'll get the curve. Tests are easy math questions that are just to see if you know the material

Difficult class. The curve is what causes people to pass. Without the curve, there were only a very few D's (like maybe 10) and the rest were F's. He explains things throughly but the tests were tricky even though they were multiple choice.

The class itself pretty dull(especially in the manner he teaches)but the subject material is not hard to learn if YOU read the book. His tests are concept(mult. choice);he drops the lowest test grade and the final is optional. He goes over major concept points so if you put even a small bit of effort, there's no reason to not get a decent grade.

The key to making a good grade with him is to read the textbook. Seriously. His tests are ALL theory and no math. He is the only physics professor that doesn't have math on the exams. He doens't count attendance so just read the book and show up for exams.

Lectures the whole time. Only 4 tests. drops lowest. if you follow the rules u get a curve. i went to class at the start, but it didn't help. its learn it on ur own deal. he knows material, but very boring. Made it difficult to follow the problems. Dont recommend him unless ur really good at phys. does ask if u need help, but it didn't for me.

Sayetta has his lessons planned very well. He has the experience to teach the material well though not in an interesting way. Repeats every point multiple times to be sure everyone understands. Multiple choice tests. Intolerant of people who can't follow directions or are disrespectful (sleeping, chewing gum, wearing hats, using mobile phones).

Start praying now! This man is awful. He yelled at a girl in my class. She asked how he got an answer to a problem and his response was,"I just went back to 6th grade math."You must put your last name first, then your first name on everything, because he yelled at another girl who didn't do that.I followed the study sheets he passed out and got a C.

If you want to take a class and learn nothing about physics take this class. I went thru the entire semester and didn't even have a grasp on what i learned. I am still trying to figure out how a physics class will not allow any calculators!

Highest 3 test scores. 33 MC add 7 points to your score and multiple by 3. All he does is solve equations on the board. Test is concept and simple math. But this is very bad, he is tricky. I would not recommend, seems to not be able to seperate physics language into english. Probably one of the better of the ones, but still a signed death warrant.

Sayetta is way better than people give him credit for. Gives 4 tests, drops the lowest, and the final is optional. Each test 33 questions. if you get 23 out of 33, thats an A! I did bad on the first test, and got an A by just putting some effort in on the last 3. He's very willing to help too, so give him a break he's a good teacher.
