Comment:

He is one of those professors you hear about and can change your academic career. His class isnt hard if you go to class, let him read your papers before they are due, and go to the study sessions (8 points per test). The study sessions are key to passing the tests. Him reading your papers and getting to know you helps you get points on the papers.

Comment:

He is one of the hardest teachers at Morehouse. The difficulty is not due to the material taught or assignments given, but due to Tobe's stringent grading. He is no pushover for procrastinators or lazy people. It is hard to meet his standards, but attempting will at least help you learn. He is the "you get a C, but learned so much" type of teacher.

Comment:

Tobe's classes are hard to get an 'A' in. But they are actually very manageable if you go to class and read the book (which many students don't). His courses are important to take if you are serious about going to graduate school; especially the elite graduate programs. I went on to the Ivy Leagues after Morehouse and was ahead of the game.

This class is seriously pointless and stupid. It has nothing to do with Political Science whatsoever unless you're going to grad school. But seriously, you don't learn much in this class. If he does teach you, you can barely him. My advice, hook up with someone who's in their a second time. Papers and tests are all b.s. Only brown nosers get in A.

He's not as hard as he's made out to be, but you'd better keep up with the readings and go to the study sessions. The good thing, though, is that he's easily approachable & doesn't mind meeting w/ students. If you have any questions, go to him early and as often as possible. Take it from me: I've been working for him for a year and a half now.

This class isnt that hard but Professor Johnson has been at Morehouse forever and has become somewhat incompentant. He gave me an F by mistake omitting 6 of my grades, so stay on top of him and make sure you to the extra credit TA sessions the 40 points

Comment:

This class stands between you and a degree in Political Science. It is difficult, yet fair and you will feel as if you have accomplished something after having completed it. Dr. Johnson simply radiates knowledge and wisdom, ergo; do not try to B.S. him.
