Future/prospective students of Professor Lovin should consider taking another professor's class or one of Professor Lovin's online classes, as he did next to no in-class instruction, discussions, or lectures the entire semester. The man seems to be very understanding, as his attendance policy is fairly lax, but is grading criteria can be unclear.

Comment:

Easiest English class ever. All you do is write papers about 1000 words long and a couple of short assignments. Attendance doesn't really matter, it feels like it should be a online class. He grades the first paper and then gives you the same grade on the rest of your papers (At least for me he did) so write your first essay really well. Easy A.

I took Eng101 online with Mr. Lovin. It was my first online class, so I didn't know what to expect. He responds to emails super quick and always answers any questions you have. English isn't my thing, but this online class was a breeze. As long as you can write papers and have them in by deadline, you'll do fine!

very nice and easy going, not much lecturing.If you're going to miss a due date, he won't chase after you for it, he'll just put a zero until you turn it in! you have to ASK for help/criticism as he only gives it to those who care enough to inquire.

I like Mr. Lovin he gave us plenty of time to use the computer for assignments that were due 3 weeks later. He always gave me good grades on my papers and gives you a chance to revise them to get a better grade! I took him for 101 and got an A, now Im in his 102 hoping for an A!Katelyn P.

Do not take his class, He is the worst teacher I have had in a long time. He never talks to the class unless he has to. I took a in classroom class and felt like I was taking a online class. He never help or tells you what you need to work on with a paper. He SUCKS!!!
