he is actually a really nice guy and he does teach you a lot of interesting things. He also makes sure you are prepared for the big assignments we get, giving details exactly how they should be and giving sample papers, which is really helpful. The problem is he can be really picky on grading essays. He would be much better if he wasn't so picky.

Be prepared to be tested on material he NEVER goes over in class-sentance structure, grammer, punctuation, etc. He "expects" you to know the material, but you will never go over it. There is a mid-term and final also that are supposidly based on his class lectures, but be warned, it is ALL true and false & the questions are confusing.

The course is suppose to cover papers on argumentive and persuasive and a research paper. His teaching of what you are suppose to learn is way off! RUN! RUN! RUN!

Prof P. teaches you a lot, but his Comp II class is not what I expected. Besides the 3 papers, we had several tests and a final. These were done collaboratively, so you better find yourself a good group. He plays favorites and takes off a lot of points if youre ever late. But he always let us out early-every class! You can learn a lot from him, tho

This teacher is horrible and is clearly teaching for an extra pay check and not for student comprehension. The classes are boring, he is unreachable after classes and grading is very harsh. So if your problems are in writing mechanics like mine; then don't take the class.

Very subjective grader who had his favorites. Drops your grade a whole notch if you miss 3 or more classes. Interesting stories but he loves to chat about him...the writer for tv, legal document analyst, monk, boxing ref, and professor. Guy should pick one thing and stick with it :/
