I took a computer information systems class and learned C++ with this guy a few years ago. The material was tough but he was always willing to help and he wasn't a hard grader. He was also not big on due dates ( he was willing to take late work). I felt like I learned a lot in his classes so they're worth taking.

Very nice teacher. I'm the type of person who has always (since grade school) hated math classes so of course I dreaded having this one in college. But he helped me get an A. He was always available to help, very approachable person. I wish more profs at this school were like him.

What a waste of time. He showed up late and then handed out papers from months before for a third of the class time and then would attempt to teach something and then would get the wrong answers and wonder why... on multiple occasions he said, "what?" Starring at his own work. Paid a lot to learn nothing. Take him if you don't care about learning

Klotz doesn't teach, he just rambles. It's hard to focus in class because he goes for A to C without even touching B. This is my first class with Klotz but I would never take one with him again.

This is my second class that I have taken with Professor Klotz. He is a great person but he kind of rambles with his teachings. However, tests and quizzes are pretty easy and he is very understanding and helpful. Take him if you get a chance!

i took him for finite (after dropping calhoun), great teacher. you learn a lot, little homework, easy to pass because he's good at explaining everything. attendance isnt mandatory but if you dont know the material it's better that you go.

Klotz is a great teacher. His classes seem a little disorganized, but he definitely takes an interest in the students' learning, and he is absolutely brilliant if you need to ask him for guidance or help in something to the class.

Prof Klotz is a great person, and could be a good teacher, but he's a bit disorganized and it seems they have him teaching courses he shouldn't be teaching. 1st year C++ for example. If possible take this with somebody else.
