Took as a summer class - HARD esp because I am not great at math, never mind Stats! Lots of hw & tests & even w the online book, was still a bit lost. Mandatory meeting with prof and she explained things FAR simpler than the book did - wish I had taken this class w this prof in person - she is AWESOME! Made the final much easier thankfully!!

Comment:

Elected a poorly rated teacher, last minute opening with prof. Asadoorian came and i snagged it. Class is in "stats lab" and she gives great desc. on each chapters focus points. Do not skip the in class exam review as she gives a great overview of what will be on the exam. I was stressed before taking it, it made a HUGE difference and got a 97%.

Comment:

I took MAT122 or Statistics in the Summer of 2017. This professor is awesome. I was worried because I do not handle math well at all, especially it being a summer online class. She made the final easy to handle, and not to fail like some professors are. I would recommend and take a course from this professor again. She genuinely cares.

I am not good at math and I took statistics online. It was tough. I lived in the math lab because it was where I learned but the rest of the stat teachers are poorly graded. The best part is your final is 40% of your grade. She will bring you back to qcc for a final review. (You must go). She will tell you word for word what will be on the final.

Nice teacher. I took Statistics online over the summer. Several video tutorials and HW on mymathlab, but all with the same due date so you could work at your own pace. Her review for the final helped so much. Don't miss that! She allowed notes, textbook and calculator during final. I highly suggest using a TI83 for this class and final exam.

I'm not a math fan, especially statistics, and although I was skeptical about taking a math class online, it was totally worth it with her. She made it very clear as to what needs to be done, where to get help, and how to navigate around coursecompass to receive help. She responds to e-mails fast and is very fair. Really enjoyed it with her!

Math has never been my strong suit, ginger made me very comfortable and even though I was taking the class online she was able to make time to meet with me privately on several occasions to make sure I understood the material. She was very helpful patient and understanding of my LD. I have never met a kinder or more compassionate teacher.

I took statistics with her, and while I like math, I did not enjoy statistics. I do think I would have liked it less with another teacher. She is a nice person and was very accommodating for midterm and final dates. I would certainly recommend her to anyone!

very good professor, I hate math but she made it really easy. For those who didn't take her you missed out seeing as this past spring was her last year. My class was her very last class before she retired and I enjoyed it a lot!!

Awesome teacher! Shes adorable and really cares about her students. Her teaching method is crystal clear and her tests are easy and sometimes take home. Dont really need a book because she just gives you notes all day.

she is an amazing teacher and an amazing person all around.. i took the online class and although you do need to read the chapters each week, you get unlimited tries on the homework, and get to take each test 2 times... also the midterm and final are in class but directy from the homework promlems so if you do them your sure to pass! LOVE her

Great class.This prof is highly recommended!I ended up with a "B" for her class during the summer session.It was pretty fast pace. Open book/open notebook.She tells you what section to look at and she gives you the answer. She is not out to trick anyone.This professor is so nice!Definitely take this prof for any Math class before she retires!
