I've taken two classes with him and had the same experience. Weekly assignments alternate between case studies and discussion boards. Powerpoints and video lectures are good enough that the book is optional, but couldn't hurt. Quizzes, midterm, final, xtra credit, 15 page group paper. Hard work (not crazy) but learned a lot.

The best professor I have seen in the whole department. His lectures and study materials are awesome and you can access them anytime you want. He is accessible outside the class and will help you with any type of queries. Attending his class and following his notes will give a good concept and grade :D. I would love to take his class again.

Communicate clearly throughout the quarter, grades quickly (usually within one week of submission), and the work is balanced throughout. Each week's assignments are varied so the work isn't overwhelming or boring. Wish I had more opportunities to take a class with him.

Professor is alright, but his tests questions are difficult. Be sure you understand the material thoroughly including textbook info. This class does require a 15 page report, which is time consuming.

Professor Radovilsky is very professional and knowledgeable. However, he is SUPER tough grader. It's almost impossible to earn an A in his class even with extra credit assignments done. I understood the class material 100%, but still was not able to get and A.

Outstanding. Well designed course and materials. Very knowledgeable and comes to class with high energy for lectures. He creates his own power points with plenty of examples and is very detailed. He saved the Coast Guard millions of dollars in one of his projects. CSUEB is very fortunate to have Prof. Z. Recommended.

Radovilsky is hands down the best professor I've had in my 3 years of college. He was very clear and made it easy for the class to learn. We had a few case study assignments but he would review them with the class before they were due to make sure everyone understood. His presentations are very detailed so the book isn't necessary but attendance is

Not bad at all - 4 discussions, 4 case studies, 3 quizzes, Group project & final and EC opps. Case study examples are NOT exactly like the assignments, but if you understand the material, you'll get what he's asking for. Big points for being able to do calculation problems on quizzes/tests. You can rent the text or buy for cheap on Amazon

Arguably one of the better professors in the MBAGI program at CSUEB. He strives to ensure that his students understands the concepts that he's presenting. Word to the wise...save your $ and do not buy the textbooks. They're never used!!

It was Hybrid class with online lecture and in-class mid term/final exams. Lot of reading and homework, but learnt a lot. Easy to score but you need 92% for A. It is hectic towards the end of the course with finals and project (120 points). So start your project early. I can take another course with him.

Although he has an accent, he was very easy to understand. As long as you follow the power point slides and additional notes taken in class you will do well because he allows you to use these during quizzes and tests including the final. Will definitely take additional classes from him in the future.

For an online hybrid course, this class provided more work than I had ever imagined it would. However, it is very useful information that you are forced to absorb (in a good way). Not an easy class, but the professor is very good and extremely thorough. He offers a few extra credit assignments as well.
