Professor Stone is great not because he is easy or nice, but because he enjoys what he teaches. I took him at 7am class, and he was an excellent energizer. Even though his exams are hard, his outline sheet and lectures prepare you for it, and he does provide bonus points. Be ready to study and pay attention, and you will be fine.

Stone is a great professor. He is very animated and loves to use props during lectures. He types up outlines for the units and puts them online for you to print out. His tests are moderately hard, applying the terms instead of just learning them. Overall, a great professor.

Professor Stone is AMAZING! He truly has a love for poli-sci and makes learning about it fun and interesting. He has a good sense of humor and will get even the most non-talkative person involved with lecture. If you attend class and study you will make a good grade in the class, no doubt. Mr. Stone is very funny.He is very outgoing. For sure he will keep you awake. His tests are kind of tricky. you have to attend the classes and listen carefully to his comments, some appear in his tests. barely uses the book. No extra credit, he does 1 bonus point per exam.

Absolutely fantastic teacher. So passionate about Political Science. It really is his life. He's creative and makes going to class twice a week a true pleasure. His tests can be a little tricky though. But if you study hard you can get a high B or A. Definitely, definitely recommend him! :)

Stone breathes Political Science like no other Professor. He keeps you engaged and uses a lot of visuals to express his material content. His tests are not easy-he forces you think but there is only one project. He can sometimes come across as a narcissist, but it's because he has a passion for Poli Sci. Can't say enough good things about Stone.He'll do everything in his power to ensure your success.Fair, funny, entertaining, interesting, conscientious. I took stone in my first semester at GPC during Fall 2009, needless to say this experience cannot be found anywhere else. I ended up with a B, but his style of teaching is just incomparable to any other professor at GPC. His style is vivid, fun, and unforgettable.
