I wish I could take a class with him every semester till I graduate!! He is such an AWESOME teacher, with so much knowledge, and the kindest biggest heart a teacher could possibly have. More teachers should be like him, then this educational system would be worth every cent! He makes learning and art, so much joy!! He is truly a GREAT teacher!!

One of the best art teachers I've ever had. He's willing to help anyone who looks to receive his help. Sometimes he gets caught up talking to a student, so you have to be a little demanding, but he'll get to you and help you with your painting. He teaches based on experience and encourages you to try new things so you learn from doing.

Mr. Leitner is a great teacher! Highly recommended. I always wanted to take a painting class. The first day of class I was scared to death because I didn't know what to expect. But because of the Art teacher he is I was reassured. He is very passionate about Art and is very knowledgeable of his subject. I am taking his printmaking class in Fall. ")

Laid back class very easy really enjoyable.it can be boring at times but u get to do a lot of different things he talks a lot and likes to tell stories but the stories are interesting and funny and can inspire you.also you gotta buy things for this class it can be expensive but totally worth it.u can also borrow tools from him.he is a very nice guy

Leitner is an awesome professor. He really cares about his students and takes time to work with his students to help them. I am planning to take as many classes from him as possible. I'd never painted before his class, but I have gained so much valuable knowledge and skills. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to EVERYONE!

Leitner is the coolest art teacher you will ever come across. I have learned so much in his class and I never expected to become this good of a painter. He doesn't give too many assignments & they aren't too challenging but he does want you to learn something from his class. I took painting with Leitner. He such a nice guy! Always helpful, AND ALWAYS HAS A STORY TO TELL. He is quite the conversationist. Take his class if you like painting, don't mind a little bit of structure, and want to have a good time.
