Her classes are relatively easy, but horribly boring. Franzini would do much better in an elementary or middle school setting, seeing as we color often and watch sesame street. You'll also be tested on notes she never gave. I feel like I am wasting my money. Don't take her if you don't have to.

Amy's classes aren't an easy A. You have to work for your grade you can't just expect to pass by doing nothing. She lectures a lot so I take notes on the powerpoint slides as she teaches. Before a test I read all the chapters and study the vocal words, I have gotten great grades in her class even though her test are hard!

I think poor Amy is overworked, I personally rather watch grass grow than sit through her lectures. She talks and talks and talks, its not even interesting its power points from the EXPENSIVE text book she makes us buy. No effort is really put in this class, I feel bad because I try to pay attention but her lectures have no direction.

Content is easy to understand but the tests cover about 200 pages of text and the review sheets she gives are pointless so start making outlines of chapters immediately I cannot stress that enough.

Dr. Franzini is very helpful, but will give you the grade you deserve. As long as you are respectful to her, she will show the same back. Be prepared to do work, because she wants you to do well on your speeches, but doesn't take nonsense. Be prepared or brace yourself for a bad grade.

A paper a week for the class. Grades pretty selectively depending on whether she agrees with you. Doesn't really know anything about movies, which is pretty critical for a film class. If you want a good grade and don't mind writing papers its a good class though she will probably annoy you. If you want to learn about films this class is useless.
