Comment:

Worst professor at WVU. Do NOT take him for mergers & acquisitions. Didn't keep to his syllabus at all and refused to answer questions about changing it. Written valuation report is main project, worth 20% of grade. Was supposed to start it on March 11, gave us the instructions on April 20, 10 days before it was due. Doesn't deserve a job.

Never graded anything on time ,never checks emails, laziest professor have ever met .Just coz he is tenured, he doesn't care. My whole class can vouch for that. Its almost final week and don't feel like taking his project seriously coz he doesn't show any interest. He hasn't graded our project for 3 weeks now and wants us to start another one.

Like others have said, he is more of a resource than anything. If you dont read and ask questions you will not get anything out of him. He is very knowledgable but you must be prepared with the right questions to get knowledge out of him. Overall, I would say he is a good professor if you are a prepared and interested student.

A very helpful, very intelligent professor. I had him for Bcor 340 but he was nearly as good as he was in an intimate class setting. He even helps you with questions that you may have while doing exams. His main objective is for you to learn in class and YOU DO. His class is very lenient and informative. An absolute must for Finance majors.

'10 grad. Had him for M&A. Very intelligent. More of a resource than a teacher. Sometimes takes his knowledge for granted and talks over students' heads. Can answer any ?s you might have (or point you in right direction). Must self-study and come to class with ?s. Can't get by with just memorizing formulas; must thoroughly understand concepts.
