I took her class online. Homework and tests were straightforward. Make sure you look over the textbook problems for more clarity on the ratios/concepts along with the pdf questions and modules. Ton of extra credit. Don't buy the book (she provides book answers but if u need the questions, go to library for the book). She's nice and willing to help

Barb is a great professor! She's very knowledgeable and is always willing to help. Take her class in person, buy the notebook at the bookstore (it's like $20 and you don't need the actual textbook), and attend lectures as she fills in her notes which translate very well to the exams. Extra credit opportunities are given as well, go to class!

Barb is a gem, take her class in person instead of online. Buy the notebook package with all the notes in there. Go to class, she hints and stars whats on the exam, and participation activities are part of the grade. Quizzes are relatively easy. There's some extra credit as well. Work in a group, this is the blueprint to an easy A.

Love Barb. By providing outlines for notes, she makes the class easier. Great attitude and really understands her students.

Barb is one of the smartest women I know. She knows everything there is to know about accounting! She gives very detailed lectures, but you won't get lost because she gives out handout packets to fill in the blanks. She hints what's going to be on quizzes/exams. Take home quizzes are a plus. Easy in class exercise points. Gives some extra credit.

Although UBUS 311 is no longer a class after the fall semester, Professor Fox is a great instructor! She cares about her students and wants everyone to succeed if they put in the effort. If you ever have questions, she is always happy to help.

Very helpful! Really liked her handouts, they're very thorough &helpful when you take the take home quizzes. She'll answer any questions you have during in class exercises &outside of class. I e-mailed her non-stop over Thanksgiving about a project &she got back to me right away every single time. In class exercises, take home quizzes, 3 exams

Professor Fox has been very helpful in getting the students to learn accounting. She does her best to relate our theories in class to real life business situations occurring in the world. She's very helpful outside of class. Make sure you go to class because if not, you are missing key material that will be on the exams. Solid accounting choice!

Barb is honestly one of the worst professors I've had in my life. She grades projects (i.e international project) very poorly and doesn't explain assignments very well in lecture. She just rambles on and on and will leave you confused. Avoid her at all costs!

Even though this class comes with its own packet, it is very unorganized. She said she would be willing to help if there were any group issues and we had terrible team members and she did not deduct points from their grades for the final project even though the rest of us did all the work. the midterms destroy your grade if you do not study enough.

Terrible professor. There was this project, never in my life has my group or myself been so wrongly graded. The project consisted of two parts, a report and a powerpoint presentation. She gave our group a 44% on the report . The rubric she used to grade, students didn't have access to it. So we didn't know everything she wanted in the report.

Class changed my outlook on business and working in a group. I learned SO MUCH! Choose your group wisely, study for the exams. GO TO HER FOR FEEDBACK ON EVERY ASSIGNMENT! If you see her, she will give you leniency points that will help big time! Do not procrastinate, you will end up hating your group and stressing yourself out.

Advice: find people you would want to be in a group with before registering for the class so you can all sign up for it together. Seriously, the group work can be terrible if you don't have a good one. But Barb a great professor. She was always there for office hours, and extremely friendly. Sometimes tough grader, but I would recommend her!

Barb was an awesome professor. She was very clear and concise on what she expected. She was always open to answer any and all related questions. It's a hard class but she made it a less stressful environment and I would highly recommend taking her if you have the chance. She is a pretty cool person to talk to if you have some free time

If you do not get into a good group then this class will be the hardest & most depressing class for you. Although you still will most likely have 1 or 2 people you won't like in your group. Very time consuming class, but Barb is really nice. Not a tough grader at all. The second and third midterms were just tricky. Sucks you have to buy the "book"

Barb is very respectful, however I believe the class is not constructed correctly, for instance, we have assignments on topics not yet covered in UBUS310, and to add onto this, the assignment instructions are not clear at all. She throws you into the projects without direction and can be picky with grading. Show up and PLEASE get a good group.

Go to class everyday, and get into a good group. Also make sure to get all the assignments done prior to due dates, and review before submitting the projects. It's an easy class, just follow directions and you will get a good grade in class.

The class was horrible because of all the projects but Barb was a decent instructor. She was a little unclear at times when she assigns something but when you ask her questions she explains it more and she emails you back very quickly.
