Comment:

She's nice, not a hard class, but she rambles on so much. Half the class is always on their phone and she doesn't care. She appreciates participation, and doesn't grade tough. You can do the research paper with no citing and still pass it. She bluffs in her syllabus about pop quizzes, so honestly take her and you'll pass, just do the work

If the class does not participate, its only her on stage. Grades easy, has a passion for what she is teaching. Easy test and exams, get ready to read and compare your readings. I enjoyed her as my professor and would take her again.

Professor Barnard was a nice woman. I had her for Fictional Writing. She gives you the freedom to write about any single thing you want to. She does assign a good amount of work but doesn't grade harshly. This is College and you should expect the grade you deserve if you don't do your work. I got an A and didn't kill myself for it. Take her!

I took her for English 102. She gives reading responses every night for homework and there are a total of 6 essays (1 being a midterm and final). She was not specific on the instructions. When I would email her, she would refuse to help out. She only every gave the lecture to three kids in the class, she forgot about the rest of the class.

Prof Barnard was nice. All of the short storiespoemsplays that she assigns are really good. All of her tests are open book. Make sure you read everything she assigns before class so lecture isn't boring and awkward. She's really involved and loves what she does, so I recommend her!

Professor Barnard is an amazing professor. I took her for 3 courses at NCC. She truly cares about her students and wants them to do well. All of her course material, grading policies, and other such requirements are made clear. The assignments are fun and engaging. Professor Barnard works with students in a way that encourages success. Bravo!

Execellent Professor, she sits in front and goes over the stories and such and enjoys the responsises back from the students overall you do the work and go back and forth in class you should have no issues getting at least a B or so in the class. Shes a great professor.

She was so sweet! I loved her as a teacher and a person. There is barely any work to do in her class, jsut little reading responses. She loves what she teaches and loves seeing her students involved in the lecture. This is your class, and its what you make of it.

Excellent professor, if you follow her instructions, it's an easy A. She's a nice person & doesn't make life difficult for her students. She doesn't embarrass you in class. She makes constructive criticisms on your paper & encourage you to do your best. If she sees the effort it's an easy A. I took her for 102 & 303, and got an A both times.

Very nice teacher and easy class!! Only gives 5 take home essays (very easy on films we watch in class all the time), and a midterm and final essay. The hw's are just short 100 word reading responses. She is a great and easy teacher. Take her!

I had her for english 101 and 102 she is SUPER EASY. just show up to class, talk during the class. Homework is basically response your thoughts to whatever poem she gives (usually one) and only 4 essays the whole semester which are bases on movies or a poem and its very easy she also is a easy grader. Def take her!

Great prof! At times, her class got boring, but u really learn a lot- not just about English, but also about the world. She shows really interesting movies that inform u about what's going on in the world.Had to write 5 essays at home, and 2 in class (the midterm and final, which were open (text)book).Easy grader, easy A. I highly recommend her! :D

Prof. Barnard is the best Prof. I've ever had, not boring. She assign easy reading responses, only 1/2 page. Doesn't matter what you write you get full credit. Her exams are open book but easy because she tells you exactly what sections of the book before the exam. It's an English class! You have to read & write! Take her, it's an easy A.

I enojoyed this class. The reading responses are a little annoying and you WILL need the textbook most of the time. She shows a lot of interesting movies !
