Professor Baum is exceptional, one of the best professors on campus. I highly recommend taking her class. Very caring person. She has so much knowledge about the law.

Synopsis: Great lecturer, Awful Grader and Exam writer. Pro: She lectures using the Socratic Method, giving her students a chance to speak. She is also a very enlightened thinker. Con: She wants you to repeat civil lights laws verbatim in her exams and will take points off if you don't. This doesn't promoted the use of critical thinking skills.

She is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about employment law. She is an employment lawyer. The class isn't that hard, but there is a lot of memorization. Best professor I've taken at National University

She's an awesome professor, and a lawyer in private practice. She will help you grasp a strong understanding of the material and site interesting cases that were the precedent of the statutes. Take her!!

She is very knowledgeable, and you will not waste you time in her class. She is sticked to the definitions from the textbook. Easy Midterm, difficult Final. An advice from me, you should study only the material that she puts on the black board and ask you to write down in your notebooks.

Good class, book was all over the place, but she made it work. Take home midterm was okay, final was not. All fill in the blank, not a good test if you do not have photographic memory. Most class did not like her, but I though she did fine.
