Amazing professor. Hands out packets for each chapter to copy what he writes in his on the board. There is online homework but its really easy as long as you get the material and if you don't there is an option to show you how. Tests are exactly what the packets are. I never used the book. He made me like accounting, over all he is the best

He literally outlines everything that will be on every test. Every chapter, he gives you a packet so you don't even need to buy the textbook. Every test, he gives you the exact review sheet that mimics the exam. He drops the lowest homework, quiz, and in class assignment grades.

Professor Black is amazing! I learned so much about accounting and business in this class. His lectures and notes are amazing and if you actually pay attention and show up to class, you will do awesome. He inspired me to choose a career in Accounting and Auditing.

So the tags I gave are tough for the most part but don't misunderstand. Bill is probably one of the best teachers the entire school has to offer. He's helpful, fun, and very laid back. My only issue is that the work we do in class isn't always whats on the quiz and homework and he's not always clear how important the book is. Hint: really important

Professor Black is a very knowledgeable teacher. Always goes over the lessons before he tests on them, gives opp for extra cred, take home quizes; allows class to work on them together. Some say his exams are tough, but I pay attention, do the homework and watch the video lectures. You will learn a lot about accounting. Great class, best professor!

Prof. Black one of the nicest professor in RV. I wish he teaches more courses. Just do the homework and do well the in-class. Tests are a bit hard, but if you put effort on his class I guarantee you -you will be fine. An interesting fact he speaks Spanish fluently. Prof. Black is always there when you need his help. Prof. Black -best prof in RV.

I have taken a few of Prof. Black's classes and have enjoyed all of them. He is the reason I have changed y major to Accounting. He makes it all so clear and understandable, if you attend class, do the homework (which isn't much), and review his hand outs, you will pass easily.

Professor Black is amazing! Tests can be difficult so make sure you study. However, homework & in class exercises carry the same weight as tests, so as long as you get 100s on all of those, you'll be fine. He really makes it impossible to do bad. Show up, do the HW and do decent on the tests and you'll be fine. No textbook needed, just access code

Best accounting professor hands down. He's such a sweetheart and such an amazing grader too. His exams a very straightforward and if you show that you care about your grades and put in effort you'll get an A. He gives ample amounts of extra credit. Literally the best professor. I took him twice for both fin and man acc. I love him. He's a must.

I took this class online in the summer and really enjoyed having professor Black as a teacher. He was always so helpful and gave quick responses to questions. I would highly recommend taking him for accounting. He was super organized and his syllabus was on point!
