Branfireun makes you work hard, but he also makes it worth it. His Wetlands course was one of the best I have ever taken. He wetn above and beyond the call of duty to help students, complement their learning, and even arrange some great field experiences. A solid prof that I will remember well beyond my univ days.

Good Lectures, useless to go to his office hours, you will ask one question he will ask you 10 in return and if you don;t know the answer, he makes you feel like a complete idiot! Who hired this guy??

Labs are a bore, but to be expected from yr 2 geog. Approachable, clear, concise, willing to help if you're looking for more than just answers. May not seem overly stellar to spoiled 1st and 2nd yr students, but he's quite a solid geog prof.
