Epitome of "Teacher" Not only do I consider Bruce Clark the best instructor at Solano College, but he remains my favorite teacher of all time quite a few years after. Mr. Clark is very funny, encouraging, inspiring, and cares about students' potential and spends time with them outside of class. A John Keating in Dead Poet's Society.

Great teacher, great speaker. He keeps you interested in English while learning a lot. You must go to him during his office hours and just let him review your paper before you turn it in. You will pass easy.

Great teacher! I learned a lot from his class. He explains what he expects of you and helps as much as you need along the way. Just show up, be willing to work hard and you'll get a good grade guaranteed. His class is fun, and you learn a lot.

Mr. Clark is the best English teacher at Solano. A very hard grader, but as long as you show him that you're interested in doing well in his class, he will do whatever he can to help you out. The most important thing you can do to get a good grade that class is make time to go to his office hours. I learned alot from him.

Great professor, and for the people who want to take any english 370/1, take him. He might retire soon. I learned alot in his class, but you have got to see him for your papers, and the wait can take up to 1 hour sometimes. So make sure to go early!

Professor Clark is an amazing teacher. He makes sure that everything is clear and easy to understand. When you write papers for him, he will look it over for you as many times as you willing to bring it to him. His office doors are always open for his students. Anyone who takes his classes should consider themselves extremely lucky.

GREAT teacher. Always willing to help students. Very experienced and knows how to keep students interested and involved in class. I would totally suggest him. He takes attendance, but is semi-flexible. Loved this class!

Best English teacher ever. HE DOES HIS JOB,very helpful, HArd GRADER, But you can come to his office for help an corrects your essay so you can redo it right. TAkes attendance though so you have to be there. Very very helpful and youll come out a better writer

VERY good teacher. If you want to learn how to be a better English student take him. He was a hard grader, but if you start early and take advantage of his office hours, you'll pass. He was the best English teacher I've ever had and I highly reccomend him.

Over all Prof. Clark was a good teacher. As long as you ask for help you can pass the class. Grading is extremely hard. Is definitely a sports guy, so most example done is class are sports related. If your having trouble with English I'd recommend Clark.

He's a funny guy. Writes good example papers, but he's a really tough grader. He docks a letter grade for every sentence structure error. I had the book, didn't use it except on the final, and for my other classes, you'll never do anything in class with the book.
