Comment:

Bickford is crystal clear on what is expected, grading and what you are expected to know for tests. No reason not to get an A if you put in work. The subject is hard so if you don't want to put in some effort skip this one. Overall he is extremely well organized and clear so its on you if you can't pass! Very helpful and still keeps class light.

Comment:

Professor Bickford is an asset to the Engineering and energies programs at SJC. His notes are organized and tidy, he strikes a good balance between procedural and intuitive explanations. He is a strict grader, but a consistent, fair grader too. The homework adequately prepares you for his tests. He's willing to help outside of class as well.

Great teacher will organized and very good at what he does. Makes high level thermo seem like a cake walk. He grades slightly tough but if you listen and understand the material an A is very doable. Very enthusiastic about the classes he teaches. I would highly recommend this professor
