Comment:

Lectures are pretty dry and can be confusing if you don't do the readings in advance. Tests are tricky and require you to know pretty much everything covered in the unit, but if you read the textbook and study lecture slides you should be okay. Outside of class, she is super helpful. If you're passionate, the course is very interesting.

She's really straight forward and very helpful during office hours. Reading the textbook is definitely necessary. Her lectures are sort of bland, but are full of information and easy to follow. She's very sweet, too!

if you go in expecting a difficult class you'll be pleasantly surprised. I did the readings, went to class and studied the day *of* exams and did very well. people who think she's impossible just refuse to read.

very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. really loves her subject. very good professor. moves fast so keep up and ask questions and u'll be ok. takehome exams are pretty hard but she's flexible and even allowed us to retake our midterm. she can be a little awkward at times but atleast she's not plain cuckoo and sadistic like some professors.

So hard&so unreasonable!WAY 2much material and not enough teaching. No idea how she is chair of dept or even still teaching-she doesn't teach, she just presents slides- then expects you 2 know what she's talking about- then memorize it 4very misleading &tricky MC exams that refuses 2help you with. go 4 help and she'll just show u a slide& look at u
