Prof Berube is extremely sweet and caring! However, her class can be very disorganized and her PowerPoints don't make much sense. Her exams aren't necessarily difficult... but her questions can be interpreted in several different ways. Studying can be difficult because you spend more time figuring out what her slides mean than actually studying.

Prof. Berube can be intimidating at times (she says so herself during the first lecture of the semester) but she really does care about her students and their success. She's very lecture-heavy but finds ways to break up the monotony throughout the semester. Exams are tricky, but she's willing to go over them with you. Very accessible and helpful!

This woman has a heart of gold. She has gone far above and beyond her duty as a professor at Simmons. She has taken me under her wing and helped me with the process of getting into the program simply because I reached out to her. I can't wait to take a class with her. She is amazing.

Please do not listen to the comment below. Professor Berube has no dark side but instead a heart of gold. Some students who are called out on their unprofessionalism by this professor are just bitter because they will never make it in the nursing world. Berube cares about each of her students and puts in more effort than is asked of her

watch out for this women. she comes off as very sweet and nice but she has a dark side. i once wrote her a very kind and short e-mail asking her something and she wrote me back a lecture about how i should work on my communication skills and that i was disrespectful although i said please and thankyou in it? She made my friend cry too!

Charlene was my absolute favorite professor. She is very helpful and if you are having trouble, will accommodate to your needs. She wants all her students to do well and really tries to do her best to make the concepts easy to understand. She is the sweetest lady too.
