He is a good professor. The class I took with him was several hours long, but he kept the information interesting. The only two assignments of this class were a midterm and a final so you have to pay close attention in class to get the information needed for these exams. He gives great feedback and is willing to answer any questions you may have.

Can't recommend him highly enough. So, so knowledgeable about constitutional law and US history. You will learn so much more than just law in this class. The three hour lectures can get a little long but it's worth it to hear him speak. A must take for anyone interested in law or government.

One of the best professors I've ever had. But you have to keep up on the readings, or else.

One of the most knowledgable, most respectful professors I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. His fairness to the nuanced perspectives within case law is unequaled in my experience (in a few schools). Undeniably a 'must take' for anyone considering law school.

Charles was exceptional. If you are planning on attending law school his classes are a must (I really mean it). He teaches through a modified socratic method; he won't make fun of you. On many occassions the discussion was so interesting that we stayed well passed our class time (sometimes hours). Our class got out at 8:20pm, too.
