I had previous web programming experience and still struggled. This is because he doesn't explain the projects to you...his method of teaching is asking the class repeatedly if they have any questions. Learned in the last week of class that if you want him to explain something ask him questions. On the plus side, there is a huge curve!

Shocked I got this grade considering I didn't turn in one of only 3 projects and never scoed above a C on his tests. Programs are never practical but abstract ontop of an abstract subject. Will do the program fr you if you ask fr help, which is not helpful.

I took him last semester for C# didnt learn a thing. we had to go and pick out our own book. he went over things as tho we knew how to do it. only good thing i can say about him that he's a nice guy and he passed me.. i dont know how.

This prof seemed to be teaching by the seat of his pants; the syllabus was his contact info and a list of concepts and competentcies we were supposed to gain. He talked about one of the seven concepts but not in the context of OOP. The projects were mostly the same theme, nothing really new at all after week 5 or 6. Huge curve if you do the work.

Doesn't explain anything at all. 9 of 16 failed my class and he curved us to a C. Couldn't finish the last 3 projects because he didn't explain or elp with anything. Also is rarely at his office hours. Avoid this prof. if possible.

Ok so.. Saxon is a really cool guy, the class was kind of hard because he didn't really explain anything all that well, but if you talk to him at the end of the class about how hard you tried, you'll end up with a B. I did. :D
