She's a great person and cares about her students. Her tests are hard and require lots of studying. There are lots of readings and movies for her class. Most classes have a quiz but it doesn't count for your grade. Your grade is three, 30 question exams. A question can be some random thing she said in class or anything from the reading

WOW. Just a phenomenal professor (and individual). You will be pressed to find someone who is more passionate and invested in their work and students, than Dr. Robinson. Everything done in class has meaning and purpose--you will leave her last class as a more compassionate and conscious human being. She goes above and beyond in all that she does.

Dr. Robinson is the definition of what college professors should be. She is truly passionate about the course material, and wants to have her students succeed. Very fair and forthcoming individual. She is a very genuine individual and everyone can easily tell she means what she says. It is hard to find many professors who are like her anymore.

Dr. Robinson is honestly one of the best and most passionate professors I have ever had. She expects you to learn but is willing to help you every step of the way! She gives you clear guidelines for all assignments and wants her students to succeed. She is amazing for senior seminar! :)

Dr. Robinson is BY FAR my favorite professor at JMU. She is amazing. She is hilarious and interesting, and SO passionate about her work and her students. You can't help but love her. Her tests are very easy if you study. She is very easy to develop a close relationship with and she wants to see everyone succeed. Do yourself a favor and take her!

LOVE Dr. Robinson. She's so passionate about social justice! Her tests aren't extremely easy but if you read and attend review sessions you'll be fine. Her classes are always interesting and we watched a good amount of movies- definitely a good preview to the social justice track!

She is phenomenal. Best teacher I have had at JMU so far. She is so passionate about the topics she teaches. Her reading assignments aren't extremely long and her tests are not impossible. She is willing to do anything to help you succeed in her class. Go to class and read the homework and you will do well.

Do not take this teacher for JUST 200. She has pop quizzes on the readings that are all longer then 10 pages, and are not interesting. Her tests are all multiple choice and fill in, ridiculously hard, barely tests your knowledge, just your memorization skills. Class is extremely boring but you have to go if you don't want to get a zero on a quiz.

Professor Robinson is AMAZING! A wonderful, funny, passionate person and loves her job and wants all of her students to do well in class and just life in general. Her tests were hard, but you just have to really know the readings and such and you will be fine! I got a C in her class but I would have her as a professor for all my classes if i could!

She is really passionate about the material, loves her students, almost a motherly type attitude. Tests are kind of difficult, but most questions come EXACTLY from readings/lectures/movies. she screams in the microphone A LOT, which isn't pleasant, but she's pretty awesome. My favorite prof! SUPER NICE AND WANTS YOU TO SUCCEED! I went to her before the first test and she helped me out a bunch, if you go to class, which attendance isnt taken but go anyway, YOU WILL do well on the tests. STUDY THE READINGS!!! you know, i've only had her for one class but i'm taking her again because i've never felt like a professor cared more about her students than she does. she is so nice, funny, and just an all around great teacher. the in class examples are really interesting and the videos are great too.
