I took her online class (Art Appreciation) and found it very easy and engaging, and sometimes it was even fun. She is not a tough grader and she is reasonable. You don't have to be good at art to get a good grade. Her assignments are actually interesting and really easy, which is nice bc all of my other classes are essay-loaded.

I learned SO MUCH from Cindy. She is awesome! She can be tough but its because she cares. Attendance is mandatory as she teaches you so much each class. Its face paced and fun and I really loved it. I would highly recommend the class.

i was not happy with the professor's style of picking on some students who struggle. I don't think everyone in art class is a natural at this and need more time or patience. maybe i should have worked harder to be in her "inner circle" like others in class.

Ms. Small is a good instructor. I appreciate all of her feedback on my artwork and her patience with beginning artists. Make sure you do the work and finish your drawings and you will do just fine. She is also very helpful in working around your schedule for drawings that need to be finished outside of class.

I really didn't like the way she did a demo before each assignment and only showed the best pieces of work because it set expectations really high for a beginning class. If you have trouble with patience or are a perfectionist this class will be rough. i spent about 6+ hours out of class for every portfolio.

Cindy is a amazing art teacher, you are able to improve so much in your drawing skills!! Whether you are a good drawer or not she doesn't judge you for that. She is really helpful in giving feedback on things you could add or improve in your art work. Defiantly take her class if you need a fine arts credit, she also gives extra credit!

Cindy is my favorite and the best art professor so far. Her skills are amazing that make me feel I still have a lot of things to learn. She is also very sweet and kind. If there is any problem you can just come to her and she will make sure that you will have a great time in her class.

(3D Design) She's always there to help and bounce ideas back and forth with. I liked the class a lot and my favorite part was that she drew really good sketches of our pieces on our grading sheets. She's super nice, down to earth, and gave awesome feedback during the critique.

She's really passionate about her job. Your goal is one thing: Finish your work! I've seen people with amazing talent but their grades were dropped because its not finished. to conclude: Even if you are not skilled, do your work sincerely and ask her to comment/fix on it! Don't panic when you see the amount of works, its not that much! FUN CLASS!

One of the best art instructor! Very funny and gets off topic every time :) She appreciates every work you've done as long as you give your best effort. I have taken two art classes with her and she definitely makes art fun than it already is. She basically grades by her criteria which are pretty easy.

I absolutely love taking Cindy's classes.As a matter of fact, after taking a little break after taking 105, I am now taking her 106 class and just signed up for her 107 class. She is an amazing instructor and will teach you how to draw better than you ever thought you could despite your skill level upon entering the class. She has a great attitude.

Cindy is an AMAZING instructor!! :] I took her ART 105, ART 106 and ART 107, and I am currently taking independant art study with her. She is VERY helpful-but you gotta show that you want her help ;) If you are a very lazy person-I don't think she would tolerate that :) but nevertheless- She is Fun :]
