a lot of readings and "the nine" isn't necessarily essential to the class. His tests/quizzes are deceptive, easy to earn a B but to get A you really gotta put in work. Grades the briefs without using letter grades. Easy going and will point you In the right direction if you don't understand the material or if it's unclear. He got fetty wap eye.

Extremely knowledgeable professor, very clear and very precise with his lectures. Speaks in plain terms and is easy to understand. He makes the point of each topic obvious. Just make sure you get the condensed version of the book you're supposed to buy. It's much less money and has only the information you need. An interesting class.

class was ok. i stopped attending the class because it was so boring it put me to sleep. just read the cases before class and know what kind they are and how they impacted future cases and you'll do fine

Horrible prof, unclear in grading policies, don't know where you stand in class until the end of it, class completely boring and useless. the student basically teaches the class, while he listens and tells them that they're wrong. Also seems to play favorites a bit.
