He is a delightful guy and I really enjoyed his lecture. I think this class should be a core requirement for all CS majors. Too bad his retiring and I don't think anybody in the department can do his job (Prof. Dan Willard came to see some lectures...if he ever teach this class, that will be the APOCALYPSE)

I disagree with the previous rater on his qualification. He has real world managerial experience in one of the largest informational organizations in the country, the DMV. He teaches a management course in the IT field, not a course on the organization/formation of info orgs. He does have a tendency to spin off into DMV stories though.

Is not qualified to teach grad-level IS courses... . Course was management of info. orgs., he only talked about the corporate world/DMV. It was obvious that he didn't know anything about info. orgs., and the worst part was that he didn't make any attempt. Very good at taking student's comments and turning them into lead-ins to his life story.

Really nice guy, gives you an opporitunity to redo a couple of assignments. His grading is fair except for "not giving A's" on the first paper. It's a struggle to redo work in the summer session with the compressed schedule. An EASY B class & re

While he's not a bad teacher, the only class he teaches is a total waste of time. The hardest part about the class is showing up every night. Thankfully its a 300-level course, otherwise it would have been a complete waste.

nice guy but horrible professor. There is a reason the University didn't ask him to come back. The more he likes you, the better you do... very little method to his grading.
