Dr. Hoffeditz was an exceptional teacher. I learned so much from him about the Bible. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to sit under his teaching. I graduated from Cedarville 5 years ago and still frequently consult his notes for my own Bible study purposes.

Dr. Hoffeditz uses wide range of exercises to help students understand. The subject matter was very relevant, and the lectures were heart-felt and deeply influential. This class had more of an effect on me than any other in my CU experience

Great professor! He is not boring or dull but has energy about what he teaches. Even though he isn't married(will be soon) and has no children he still has a fatherly sense about him. He brings light to the scriptures and points out very interesting facts about the NT. Even at 8:00 in the morning the man has energy and enthusiaism. Take him!

Very nice, makes a good effort to interact with students. His enthusiasm for the class topic is contagious, and he makes lectures interesting--I'll probably never forget him wondering aloud if Paul ever witnessed while sitting on the public toilets in Rome! Dr. H is also pretty darn good-looking!

We perfer to call him Dr. Hoff-a-hotz... also maintains an enjoyable class on an enjoyable subject. if you meet with him early, he will tell you where to look for the test (ie-where a lot of his questions will come from...). if that's not helpful- what is??

Between the Hoffeditz Herasies, his hatred for cats, his sarcasim and various other Hoffe-isms...I still like him! He is a great prof and I learned a LOT from him!
