He speaks in elegant, complete paragraphs that rival James Joyce at his best. His lectures are clear as a bell and you walk out feeling like you understood every single thing. Then the exam comes. Readings and "homework" were suggested, but no one really did them, which was a bad idea on our part. If you can take a small-group class with him DO IT

Incredibly knowledgeable and always offers to help with questions but the material is often so hard to follow that students have no idea what to ask.
